Our mill
Since 1780

Some measure time with clocks. We measure it with our olive trees.

Since 1780, the Cafiero family has worked these lands with dedication and respect. The centuries-old olive trees you see today are silent witnesses to a story spanning more than two centuries, intertwined with this land generation after generation.

Today those same trees are cultivated by the Zezza Mottola di Amato family, with the same values and an open gaze towards the future.
